The CIVIVI Crit is a modern take on the classic multifunction folding knife with a clean, minimalist design. Stainless-steel liners support handsome, contoured natural translucent “Jade” G10 scales and house the stonewashed Nitro-V blade and stainless steel multi-tool.

Blades: The blade is a classic drop point of flat ground, stonewashed Nitro-V for solid daily cutting performance. The multi-tool is stonewashed 9Cr18MoV (58-60 HRC) with the following tools: H4/H5/H6/H9/ Hex drivers, flathead screwdriver, strap cutter, bottle opener, and SAE/Metric ruler. Both liner locking tools ride on bearings with front flipper deployment.
Handle: Chamfered scales ride atop proud steel liners for a more contoured feel in the hand. Three liners and two barrel spacers create the framework housing the blades and forming the liner lock mechanisms that deliver secure use and easy one-handed operation.
Carries via a stainless-steel deep carry wire clip, R/TD or L/TU.
Nitro-V Stainless Steel: Nitro-V is essentially AEB-L with a dash of Nitrogen and Vanadium thrown in for enhanced performance. What you get is a very fine-grained steel that is easy to sharpen, has moderate edge retention and excellent edge stability, allowing for a very fine, high-performance slicing edge. This is one of the tougher stainless steels.
